Europa Point FC 2-0 Glacis United

The 1st team got back to winning ways on Friday after a convincing win over Glacis United in the Gibraltar Football League. Hugo Jesslen, the leagues joint top scorer, found the back of the net again 19 minutes in with a brilliant lob over the keeper from just inside the 18 yard box. The boys were comfortable for the rest of the half coming in 1-0 up at half time.

Johan Andersson scored the second for EPFC early in the second half winning the ball back near the half way line and driving brilliantly past 2 players before finding the bottom left corner from the edge of the box.

Glacis didnt cause too many problems for the blues defence who have now only conceded two goals in the last 6 games and the team sits second in the form table with only one loss in their last 5 game. A great early Christmas present for the EPFC family.
