A word from our sporting director on the upcoming season
Dear friends of Europa Point FC, the club enters into its 10th anniversary season with great enthusiasm and a stronger organisation than ever before.
We are thankful for the hard work the staff, players and coaches have done over the last two years under our ownership, to build and grow our club from 80 to 150 members including players, coaches, and staff. We are also proud to announce that our economy is in good shape with a strong ownership group.
We can also appreciate the outcome of our strategy playing young and talented local players. Six players from our squad have been called up to serve the Gibraltar U21 national team during these past two seasons.
Our Youth Teams with their educated coaches have showed great spirit and are all at the top of their leagues showing the best results ever made including good performances in international tournaments.
We have recruited over 20 engaged sponsors and business partners for our journey and more will come into our family soon.
We have also been adapting deeper understanding of Gibraltarian culture and football during these past two years.
With all that said, we are starting to feel ready to move up a gear in our journey towards a top 3 spot in the Gibraltar Premier League.
This new season has already begun with recruitment of both old and new players. We will have our first training games in July so we are prepared for our first league game in mid August.
